Lilith (Martini)
Our house brewed smoked rosemary lemon tea shaken with Engine organic gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and aquafaba. Served in a chilled martini glass and topped with smoldering rosemary.

Smugglers Notch Maple Vermont crème liquor, Cantera coffee liquor, Triple Eight vanilla vodka and real espresso. Shaken hard and strained into chilled martini glass.

A cranberry and lime zest infused orgeat shaken with fresh lime juice, Rum Haven coconut rum, cranberry juice and Pama liqueur. Poured over fresh ice and garnished with a lime wheel and cranberries.

A twist on a classic daiquiri. Our house brewed toasted rosemary lemon tea shaken with fresh lime juice, simple syrup, Flor de Cana 4 year aged white rum, and a splash of St Germaine. Poured over fresh ice and garnished with smoldering rosemary.
